What counts as a website? Is it on the internet, available to the public, has info about your real estate services, and is controlled by you? Then, it is a website.
Check your website for these items...
Make sure your name or registered alternate name is on the home page.
Do not imply that you are the broker or that you have a brokerage.
Your brokerage’s name must be on the home page and at least ½ the size of any contact info.
Put your completed IABS and the Consumer Protection Notice on the home page, or at least a link to them,and make them readily noticeable.
